Returns & Exchanges Information

 

Not digging what you ordered?  Want a different size? We will accept returns within 14 days after receiving your order. We will either provide a refund or exchange items. The shipping costs are at your own expense. Please fill in the return form that you have received and the reason for returning or exchanging.
 
-   All products must be returned within 14 days of receiving.
-   All products must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unwashed.
-   All products must have the original tags attached.
-   Shipment costs are at the customer’s expense.
-   The return form must be filled out otherwise we cannot handle your return.
-   Items can be returned to the following address: Jan Pieter Heijestraat 128-3, 1054MH Amsterdam
 
RETURNS
Once we have received your return, the item(s) will be inspected, and we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. If your item is approved to be taken back, we will notify you and the refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to the card of the original method of payment, this can take up to 10 working days.
 
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange a product for a different size or colour you can return your ordered product(s) and then re-order the desired one. Unfortunately, we cannot always promise that we have the size you want in stock, but we will try our best to sort you out of course!

LATE REFUNDS
If you have returned an item and have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first with the payment method that you have used. We get that you want your money back ASAP, but it can take up to 10 working days before the refund has been processed by the bank. So, please be patient up to 10 working days. If you have still not received a refund by then, please get in touch with us via info@floatappareleurope.com and will help you out straight away!
 
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense. "why do they do that?" "Now I cannot order multiple sizes and send the ones I do not want back for free?" Well, that is exactly why we do not offer free shipping!
 
Being a brand that originates from Cape Town, Float has always had great admiration for the environment, and we are on a journey of becoming more sustainable. We rather have our customer’s think twice if they really want to purchase an item, instead of constantly shipping packages back and forth. We, of course, want you to purchase items that you dig and that fit perfectly! Therefore, please have a close look at the product descriptions and if you have any questions about sizing you can always get in touch with us, and we’ll be happy to assist! If you send an item back, you should consider using a track and trace code and/or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
