Float Apparel uses PostNL for deliveries throughout Europe. Delivery costs within the Netherlands are €5.95 and shipping is free on orders over €130.
We aim to have your order processed and out the door within three days of receiving your order. Netherlands' order can be as fast as 72 hours from dispatch time and Float Apparel aims to deliver within 7 days.
For every European country, a different rate is applicable which will be calculated upon checkout. We offer free shipping to some European countries for orders hitting a certain amount! Please check below if your country listed:

Belgium €150 and up
France €190 and up
Germany €160 and up
Luxembourg €150 and up
Poland €190 and up
All European shipping will be completed with our transport partner, PostNL. Delivery times will vary in accordance with the geographical location of each customer. We aim to have your order processed and out the door within three days of receiving your order.
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with shipment details including the date of shipment and any tracking details.
Door to door deliveries are sent to the supplied address. We will make every reasonable effort to affect delivery in accordance with the estimated delivery dates. If we are unable to deliver any part of the products on time or we are unable to deliver the products for any reason which is not within our control, then the time for delivery shall be extended for a reasonable time after the cause of the delay has ceased. Should we be unable to perform in accordance with an order because the products ordered are unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and exchange for an alternative product or refund any payments within 30 days after date of such notification.
A delivery is considered complete as soon as the parcel is handed to an individual at your specified delivery address. This also applies when the package has been handed over by the courier, as indicated in the courier’s tracking system.
It is your responsibility, as buyer, to ensure that you or the intended receiver of the gift (when applicable) inspect(s) the parcel on arrival and make known any justifiable complaints. The receiver has the right to refuse the parcel if it appears to have been opened or if it has clearly been damaged.
